I am a licensed real estate broker associate in my 9th year of real estate working with Edina Realty in St Cloud, MN. I moved to
Edina Realty in the fall of 2007 when Coldwell Banker Herges Realty closed its doors to make way for the new St Cloud Police
Department facility. It has been a wonderful transition. The tools that Edina Realty offers to its clients are vastly superior to the
resources that I had available to me in the past.
I have worked hard to achieve the statuses of 2011 SCAAR Community Service Award Winner, Certified Negotiations Specialist,
e-Marketing Specialist, Licensed Real Estate Broker, Graduate of Realtor® Institute, and e-PRO®. I utilize these specialized skills
to aid my sellers and buyers in their personal home transactions.
I am a second generation real estate professional who has learned tons of "know-how" from several family members who have
worked as real estate brokers, agents, and licensing instructors throughout the real estate community in Minnesota.
I learned my customer service skills while working in the restaurant industry as manager of the St. Cloud Green Mill. I utilize these
skills to ensure that my buyers and sellers receive the ultimate in customer service going way beyond the sale.
I learned my work ethic and attention to detail from the four years I served in the United States Marine Corps. I can honestly say
that I've met a ton of wonderful people and saw lots of interesting places all over the world as a result of my military service. Ask
me and I might tell you some funny stories.
Above all, I am a devoted husband to my wife Laura and father to two beautiful girls (Abigail & Vivian). They are my biggest
