March 2010 Monthly Sales Totals for Real Estate in St Cloud MN and Surrounding Areas
We saw a couple of areas post nearly double the total units sold from February to March. More impressive signs of a rebounding market or is it just a reflection of the tax credit expiring at the end of April? Time will tell.
